Mindfulness involves culvitatging the ability to enhance our awareness and focus our attention in a non-judgemental way, being curious and open to what is happening in the present moment.

Diagnostic evaluations and assessments for problem gamblers who have had legal problem in relation to their gambling behavior

Promoting evidence based treatment solutions to reduce suffering and distress in the lives of the patients we serve
